Herbal Sciences International Ltd has set up a unique personalised training service for nutraceutical companies. Dr Wilkinson, the director at Herbal Sciences International said “we have carried out many training courses for companies in the past, but these have tended to be for small to larger groups of up to 100 people. These have either been “in house” at a company’s headquarters or at trade shows, conferences and also within Universities. However, we have now recognised the need for a more personalised and “one on one” training sessions for individuals or small groups that are specifically tailored for their needs.

For example a research or sales director may need a half day workshop in say regulatory affairs on novel foods, but can only find that training facility at a conference that maybe is months ahead and that would also cover issues that he or she is not interested in. Our differentiation is that we can provide the training at short notice and at a date and time that suit’s the persons schedule and tailored especially to suit their specific needs. We can undertake the workshop or seminar at the client’s hotel or their companies headquarters. We can also provide the training over the internet via powerpoint and skype / MSN messenger services, or they can attend our conference facilities near Stansted airport in the UK which can also include overnight accommodation, wifi access and hospitality. The point is that we offer flexibility plus fast and efficient training. The list of topics include how to get regulatory approval, analysis and extraction of botanicals, undertaking clinical trials, forming strategic partnerships in the EU, business to business marketing, how to get media attention for products & associated PR, and even how to set up an international consultancy business in nutraceuticals among others! We can offer these services because we do this kind of work all the time, are very experienced at training including ten years within the University system and also by conducting numerous conference papers and industry seminar sessions over the past ten years on an international basis.
